Current Research:

Have completed a draft of the second monograph, THE EROTIC LIFE OF RACISM; my novella, HOW BUBBA THE SOCRATES GOT TO BE NEITHER is under review at several small presses; have begun writing/research on third monograph, tentatively titled, AN ATHEIST POLITICS and am finishing a play titled, KILLING MARTHA. Am under contract with the FEMINIST PRESS for a critical introduction to the re-publication of Lila Karp's THE QUEEN IS IN THE GARBAGE, forthcoming in late Spring 2007.

Recent Awards:

Recipient of 2007 Fulbright as a Senior Lecturer in American Studies to Spain.
